Calcium carbonate (Uncoated)
Untreated, natural surface that provides high whiteness, opacity, and bulk at a lower cost; ideal where surface chemistry is not critical. It improves brightness and printability in paper and opacity in paints, and serves as a cost‑effective bulk filler in construction and adhesives

Calcium carbonate (Coated)
Surface‑treated (commonly with fatty acids or stearates) to create a hydrophobic shell that reduces agglomeration, improves wetting in polymers, and enhances dispersion. This leads to better flow, smoother surface finish, and improved mechanical integration in PVC, PE, and other hydrophobic matrices.

Raw material and production
Darvesh Polytex manages a structured process from raw material selection to finished product preparation, sourcing materials for consistency and suitability and evaluating them before production. Processing, formulation, and quality checks are carried out under controlled conditions to ensure required performance characteristics and reliable use in downstream manufacturing. Finished materials are packaged to support safe handling, storage, and transportation.
Production
We are using Hosokawa, Alpine and Ecutec Barcelona world’s top-class machinery to assure our respected customers get highest quality goods. We have a very hard-working, skilled and professional workforce. Our production staff has attended workshops and online conferences so that they remain knowledgeable, empowered and also on top of the latest technologies around the world. We have the honor of mining 660 acres of white marble in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. There are loads of pure marble in this big field, which is sufficient in the next 100 years. Only the purest and finest marble is processed and taken to the production facilities in Pakistan, guaranteeing our respected customers good product quality.
